Ambassador Peter A. Kallaghe is a distinguished figure with over 34 years of dedicated government service, marked by expansive knowledge of African and international affairs.

His illustrious career includes appointments as Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs, Director of Government Communications, and Deputy Private Secretary to President Benjamin W. Mkapa. He served as Tanzania's High Commissioner to Canada, where he demonstrated adeptness in diplomatic relations and strategic government communications.

His robust engagement with policy formulation, international diplomacy, and strategic communication is particularly beneficial for clients navigating governmental processes — helping them forge strong relationships, align with regulatory expectations, and capitalise on international trade opportunities.

Marketing & Corporate Affairs · 30+ Years

William brings over three decades of expertise in marketing and corporate affairs to JWL Consultants. He holds a Master's degree in International Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest.

His career has been shaped by leadership engagements with prominent multinationals operating in Tanzania, including Shell, Colgate-Palmolive, Tanzania Breweries, Vodacom, and the National Bank of Commerce.

His deep understanding of Tanzania's marketing, communications, and media landscape — coupled with an extensive network of media relations across public and private sectors — makes him an invaluable counsel for clients navigating strategic communication and executive management.
